On December 7, 2015, The National Council for Public-Private Partnerships (NCPPP) and the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) co-hosted a Community-Based Public-Private Partnership (CBP3) Sustainable Stormwater Infrastructure Summit (Summit), in partnership with the Water Environment Federation, Chesapeake Bay Trust, and Pennsylvania Water Environment Association.
