Vaughn Noga

Vaughn NogaVaughn has served in key executive leadership positions with EPA since 2008, and is currently serving as the Chief Information Officer for EPA, as well as the Deputy Assistant Administrator for Environmental Information within the Office of Mission Support. Prior experience at EPA includes his role as the Director of the Office of Administration and Resources Management, Office of Administration; EPA Chief Technology Officer; and Director of the Office of Technology Operations and Planning.  Before joining EPA, Vaughn spent nearly twelve years as a federal contractor in various information technology and information technology management positions.

Vaughn is a seasoned IT professional with more than 20 years’ experience in the field. Throughout his career, he has distinguished himself as an innovative thought leader with the unique ability to deliver strategically aligned, technically sound, and cost effective IT solutions.
