I WOULD LIKE TO ESTIMATE EMISSIONS FROM ELECTRIC ARC WELDING OPERATIONS FOR A CLIENT, BUT I COULD NOT FIND AN EMISSION FACTOR FOR THE ELECTRODE TYPE IN THEIR OPERATION. I HAVE ALREADY CHECKED TABLES 12.19-1 AND 12.19-2 OF AP 42. ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Select the welding rod that comes closest to the welding rod your client is using. Be sure to have them select a rod that is flux coated if their rod is flux coated and vice versa. Be sure to have them select a rod that can be used to weld the same base metal that they are welding.
