AVERT, COBRA, GHG Inventory and Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Reporting Program (2017 EIC)

This course focuses on looking at the AVERT (Avoided Emissions Generation) and COBRA (Co-Benefits Risk Assessment) tools as well as GHG Data Reporting databases. AVERT is a tool designed to meet the needs of state air quality planners dealing with GHG emissions. COBRA is a health impact and screening/mapping model, and the GHG reporting
