Response to Comments Document for 2016 rule revisions

This Response to Comments (RTC) document, together with the preamble to the final rule on the revisions to the Treatment of Data Influenced by Exceptional Events (Exceptional Events Rule), presents the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) responses to public comments received on the proposal notice to revise the Exceptional Events Rule (80 Federal Register (FR) 72840; November 20, 2015).
