State Implementation Plan (SIP) Lean Toolkit for Collaboration Between EPA and Air Agencies

The SIP Lean Toolkit is a product of the most recent joint EPA and air agency SIP process improvement effort which began with a week-long kaizen event in February 2018 that involved EPA, state and local air agency participants who identified early engagement as a key to timely SIP approval.  The SIP Lean Toolkit provides templates, checklists, and other helpful information intended to support this engagement.
