Anthraquinone Final Reporting and Recordkeeping Requirements and Test Rule

EPA is issuing a final rule, under section 4 of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), requiring manufacturers and processors of 9,10-anthraquinone (CAS No. 84—65—1), hereinafter anthraquinone, to perform testing for water solubility, bioconcentration, sediment toxicity to benthic organisms, and acute toxicity to aquatic organisms.
