The EPA is issuing a final test rule, under section 4 of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), requiring manufacturers and processors of diethylene glycol butyl ether (DGBE, CAS No. 112-34-5) and manufacturers and processors of diethylene glycol butyl ether acetate (DGBA, CAS No. 124-17-4, also known as 2-(2-butoxyethoxy)ethyl acetate) to perform testing for health effects.
