On November 16 and 19, 2020, EPA is held environmental justice (EJ) consultations for risk management rulemakings under section 6(a) of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) for methylene chloride and 1-bromopropane following the release of the final risk evaluations. Written comments will be accepted until January 18, 2021. Comments should be sent to Amanda Hauff at Hauff.Amanda@epa.gov with a cc: to Feustel.Ingrid@epa.gov for methylene chloride or Corado.Ana@epa.gov for 1-bromopropane.
