EPA is issuing a final test rule, under section 4 of the Toxic Substances Control Act(TSCA) requiring and/or recommending that manufacturers and processors of 33 chemicals perform testing for human health effects and/or chemical fate in support of EPA’s hazardous waste regulatory program under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) of 1978, as amended.
