This document promulgates regulations under sections 4 and 8 of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). 15 U.S.C. 2603 and 2607 for certain chemicals which may be contaminated with certain chlorinated and brominated dibenzo-p-dioxins (HDDs) and dibenzofurans (HDFs).
