Emergency Response
The mission of the TX/NM/CHIH Emergency Response Task Force is to help address and meet the Border 2020 Goal 4: Enhance Joint Preparedness For Environmental Response. The Task Force is committed to:
- Updating sister-city plans within the region;
- Provide an opportunity for information exchange and recommendations among first responders;
- Work with appropriate Policy Fora; and
- Assist in implementation of binational exercises to test and improve the Sister City Emergency Preparedness and Response Plan.
