Board of Scientific Counselors (BOSC)
The Board of Scientific Counselors (BOSC) is a federal advisory committee that provides advice and recommendations to EPA's Office of Research and Development on technical and management issues of its research programs.
The BOSC is chartered under the Federal Advisory Committee Act.
BOSC meetings are open to the public. Members of the public may attend meetings, submit comments for the BOSC to consider, or make a short presentation. Find out more about Public Involvement.
