Brownfields Davis Bacon for Cleanup Grants: Petroleum for Non-Profit Entities

The following terms and conditions specify how Cooperative Agreement Recipients (CARs) will assist EPA in meeting its Davis Bacon (DB) responsibilities when DB applies to EPA awards of financial assistance under CERCLA 104(g) and any other statute which makes DB applicable to EPA financial assistance.
