Arizona DEQ PSD Delegation Agreements

U.S. EPA -  Arizona Department of Environmental Quality Agreement for Delegation of Authority to Issue and Modify Greenhouse Gas Prevention of Significant Deterioration Permits Subject to 40 CFR 52.21. Prevention Of Significant Deterioration (PSD) delegation agreements allow state agencies to issue PSD permits under 40 CFR 52.21.  PSD Permits issued through a delegation agreement are considered a federal permits rather than a state permit (under a SIP approved program).
