EPA Region 1 is the agency responsible for implementing and enforcing Clean Air Act (CAA) requirements for Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) sources offshore the state seaward boundaries of Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island (see CAA section 328).
