EPA Pacific Southwest (Region 9) Electronic Permit System

EPA’s Pacific Southwest (Region 9) implements and enforces federal environmental laws in Arizona, California, Hawaii, Nevada, the Pacific Islands, and 148 Tribal Nations.

The Electronic Permit System (EPS) allows state and local permitting authorities to electronically submit proposed and final Title V permits to the EPA. It also allows public on-line viewing of permits, statements of basis/technical support document, and correspondence from state and local air agencies, as well as EPA Region 9 comments on proposed permits. Note that this database is only complete where permitting authorities submit permits electronically to the EPA via EPS. When permits are not submitted through EPSS, only summary data may be available.

Please contact Sheila Tsai (tsai.ya-ting@epa.gov) at (415) 972-3328 with any questions related to the EPS.
