On October 26-27, 2015, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency conducted an on-site evaluation of Indiana's New Source Review (NSR) and Title V operating permit programs. EPA conducted this evaluation as part of its ongoing oversight of state and local NSR and Title V permit programs. This report summarizes EPA's review and findings of Indiana's NSR and Title V permit programs. The findings in this report are based on the Indiana Department of Environmental Management's (IDEM's) response to an EPA questionnaire, subsequent discussions, and EPA's observations from reviewing 1DEM's permits and conducting oversight activities.
