August 8, 2000

Withdrawal of Direct Final Rule: Published in the Federal Register at 65 FR 48391 on August 8, 2000.  Adverse comments received on proposed full approval.

June 13, 2000

Proposed Full Approval Concurrent with Direct Final Rule: Published on June 13, 2000 in the Federal Register at 65 FR 37091.  Comments required by July 13, 2000.

June 12, 1995

Final Interim Approval: Published on May 11, 1995 in the Federal Register at 60 FR 25143. Montana received approval of its 112(l) mechanism for delegation of part 70 and non-part 70 sources concurrent with this  approval.

November 14, 1995

Proposed Interim Approval, or in the Alternative Proposed Disapproval: Published in the Federal Register, at 60 FR 8335 on November 14, 1995. Comment required by March 16, 1995.
