Nevada DEP PSD Delegation Agreement

Agreement for Delegation of the Federal Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) Program by the United States Environmental Protection Agency, Region 9 to the Nevada Division of Environmental Protection (DEP). PSD delegation agreements allow state agencies to issue PSD permits under 40 CFR 52.21. A PSD Permit issued through a delegation agreement is considered a federal permit rather than a state permit (under a SIP approved program).
