Final report of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's evaluation of the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency's (OEPA's) New Source Review (NSR) and Title V permit programs. EPA representatives conducted the on-site portion of the evaluation on May 20, 2019 at OEPA’s central office in Columbus, Ohio.
