Request for Coverage Under General Permit for HMA Plants in Indian Country: Poe Asphalt Paving, Inc. - Fighting Creek Quarry near Coeur d'Alene, Idaho & Hard Rock Quarry near Plummer, Idaho on the Coeur d'Alene Reservation

On November 23, 2020, EPA Region 10 received from Poe Asphalt Paving, Inc. a request for coverage under the general air quality permit for new or modified minor source hot mix asphalt plants in Indian Country (HMA General Permit). The request for coverage is for a portable plant at Fighting Creek Quarry near Coeur d'Alene, Idaho and Hard Rock Quarry near Plummer, Idaho. Both quarries are on the Coeur d'Alene Reservation.
