This page contains the response to public comments on the proposed synthetic minor NSR permit, the final issued synthetic minor NSR permit, and the administrative permit record for the Caerus Uintah, LLC (formerly Anadarko Uintah Midstream, LLC), Cottonwood Wash Compressor Station, located on the Uintah and Ouray Indian Reservation in Uintah County, UT, Effective Permit Number: SMNSR-UO-000007-2012.001. The permit was issued on April 3, 2017, under the authority of the Tribal Minor New Source Review Permit Program at 40 CFR Part 49, and became effective on May 4, 2017.
