Synthetic Minor NSR Permit: Tesoro Logistics-Rockies - Ponderosa Compressor Station

This page contains the revised synthetic minor NSR permit and administrative record for the  Ponderosa Compressor Station, operated by Tesoro Logistics-Rockies (owned by QEP Resources), located on the Uintah and Ouray Indian Reservation in Uintah County, Utah. The Permit Number is SMNSR-UO-002078-2017.003. A final permit was originally issued on November 29, 2016, under the authority of the Tribal Minor New Source Review Permit Program at 40 CFR Part 49. Tesoro appealed the permit to the Environmental Appeals Board on December 29, 2016. After discussions with the EPA regarding the issues of the petition, on March 13, 2017, Tesoro filed a motion to dismiss the petition for review, which the Environmental appeals board granted on March 21, 2017. The EPA addressed Tesoro's concerns with the originally issued permit through the amendments in the final permit on this page, issued and effective on April 6, 2017.
