Aerated tank and Surface impoundment modules
- Two sediment compartments (unconsolidated and consolidated) to better account for sediment compaction and chemical stratification
- BOD consumption and biomass generation temperature-dependent
Surface impoundment module
- Added time dependent solution for batch and plug-flow units to account for varying aeration and residence time
Human risk module
- Replaced module with computationally more efficient version
Modified software to function with different operating systems (MS-Windows 9x/NT/2000)
Extensive system-wide testing and quality controls

- AquDoFract in the Aquifer data group located in the National data table was set to true in the logical value column
- AquDoHetero in the Aquifer data group located in the National data table was set to true in the logical value column
