This fact sheet provides information on existing Chemical Data Reporting (CDR) rule requirements related to byproducts reporting by persons who manufacture printed circuit boards and may be subject to CDR.
The version dated 2020 addresses the application of new byproduct exemptions established by the CDR Revisions rulemaking and provides additional explanations that are helpful for reporters under the CDR rule. The version dated 2016, used during the 2016 CDR reporting period, is retained for historical purposes.
