EPA’s ToxCast chemical inventory serves as the foundation of EPA’s ToxCast and Tox21 research programs and has been used to generate high‐throughput screening (HTS) and bioactivity data across many assay technologies and hundreds of individual assays [Dix et al., 2007; Knudsen et al., 2011; Kavlock et al., 2012; Sipes et al., 2013]. As a result, all aspects of chemical procurement, handling, data management, quality control, and structure annotation pertaining to this inventory have a direct and significant impact on the integrity and usefulness of the HTS and bioassay results generated. You may need a PDF reader to view some of the files on this page.
