This charter renews the Children’s Health Protection Advisory Committee (CHPAC) in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA), 5 U.S.C. App. 2. CHPAC is in the public interest and supports the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in performing its duties and responsibilities under the agency’s 1995 Policy on Evaluating Health Risks to Children and Executive Order 13045 of April 21, 1997 (62 Fed. Reg. 19885 (April 23, 1997)).
