Combined Heat and Power (CHP) Partnership

Using the EPA CHP Screening Tool (Webinar) – April 30, 2019

This webinar described the EPA CHP Screening Tool’s purpose, discussed recent updates made to the tool, and demonstrated how the tool works. It also presented a developer’s perspective of the tool and provided CHP project development insights. In addition, the webinar provided an overview of two screening tools developed by the Department of Energy’s CHP Deployment Program: the first is used by DOE’s CHP Technical Assistance Partnerships (TAPs) to screen individual sites for CHP and the second can be used by sites, municipalities, policymakers, and other stakeholders to assess CHP as a resource to enhance resiliency.
