Guidance: ICIS Addendum to the Appendix of the 1985 Permit Compliance System Policy Statement

This Addendum to the Permit Compliance System (PCS) Policy Statement provides an interim approach for ensuring consistency in national National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System program information during the transition from PCS to Integrated Compliance Information System-National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (ICIS-NPDES).
