Pesticide Establishments that produce pesticides or devices must submit a report to EPA annually, on or before March 1st. In order to maintain an active pesticide establishment number, you must submit an annual report, even when no products are produced or distributed.

In this video you will learn how to electronically inactivate a pesticide establishment using the Section Seven Tracking System (SSTS). You should only request inactivation if your pesticide establishment is no longer producing pesticides or pesticide devices. Once you inactivate it will be unlawful for this facility to produce or distribute pesticides.
