Public Hearing on Proposed Amendments to the Federal Implementation Plan for the Indian Country Minor New Source Review Program for the Oil and Natural Gas Industry

EPA held a public hearing on proposed amendments to its 2016 federal implementation plan (FIP) for managing air emissions from new and modified true minor oil and natural gas sources in Indian country. The hearing took  place on May 30, 2018, beginning at 9 a.m. (local time) in:

The public hearing in Denver will be held in a federal building and proper identification is required for entry (such as a driver's license or government-issued ID). Must present a valid photo ID. Please note that the REAL ID Act, passed by Congress in 2005, established new requirements for entering federal facilities. If your driver's license is issued by American Samoa, you must present an additional form of identification to enter the federal building. Acceptable alternative forms of identification include: Federal employee badges, passports, enhanced driver's licenses, and military identification cards.
