Can EPA waive any other provisions of the Procurement Standards in 2 CFR Part 200, if necessary, to respond to COVID-19?

EPA will make these determinations on a case by case basis. In addition, EPA has agency specific regulations at 40 CFR Part 33 on contracting with Disadvantaged Business Enterprises.
