Is EPA providing any flexibility with respect to submission of assistance agreement forms/documents that traditionally have required wet ink signatures?

Yes, EPA issued a Recipient/Applicant Information Notice entitled, “Establishment of Standards for Submission of Administrative and Financial Assistance Agreement Forms/Documents with Electronic or Digital Signatures by Email” to address this matter. Within specific parameters, EPA will accept both electronically and digitally signed assistance agreement forms/documents. Please consult RAIN-2020-G04 for more information on this issue.
