How may respondents of a suspension and debarment (S&D) notice contest a notice of suspension, notice of proposed debarment, or show-cause notice?

Respondents should submit matters in opposition to the suspension and debarment action by email pursuant the instructions provided in the notice and in accordance with the procedures in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 9.4 and 2 CFR §180. Presentations of Matters in Opposition and other meetings with the EPA Suspension and Debarment Official (SDO) will be scheduled by the Suspension and Debarment Hearing Officer (SDHO) via email and will be conducted by telephone or video teleconference, when video teleconferencing capabilities are available for all parties.
