The following tables show, for each state and Transport Rule trading program, the total number of allowances to be allocated, under the Transport Rule as published in the Federal Register on August 8, 2011, to existing Transport Rule-covered units in each state for 2012 and 2013. The tables also show the total number of allowances (and percent of total allocations to existing units) that EPA planned to record by November 7, 2011.
