Assessing Non-EGU Emission Reduction Potential Technical Support Document

Because there are many types of non-EGU emissions sources or units that emit NO_X and many control technologies or combinations of control technologies for these units, there are many approaches to assessing emission reduction potential from non-EGU emissions sources. The EPA completed an assessment of emission reduction potential from these sources, and this memorandum presents one approach.
