This NODA details compliance year 2015 allowance allocations to certain new units eligible for a "2nd Round" CSAPR Nitrogen Oxide (NOx) Annual, Group 1 Sulfur Dioxide (SO2), or Group 2 SO2 new unit set-aside allocation.
