February 12, 2019 - Round 2 Final NODA for 2018 Allowance Allocations: New Units for All CSAPR Programs

This NODA details compliance year 2018 allowance allocations to certain new units eligible for a "2nd Round" CSAPR Nitrogen Oxide (NO_X) Annual, NO_X Ozone Season Group 1, NO_X Ozone Season Group 2, Sulfur Dioxide (SO₂ ) Group 1, or SO₂ Group 2 new unit set-aside allocation. It also details 2018 allowance allocations to CSAPR existing units in states in which the new unit set-asides for 2018 for those CSAPR Trading Programs were undersubscribed.

December 6, 2018 - Round 2 Preliminary NODA for 2018 Allowance Allocations: New Units for All CSAPR Programs

EPA issued a preliminary Notice of Data Availability, as required by CSAPR, that lists new units eligible for a "2nd Round" 2018 CSAPR NO_X Annual, NO_X Ozone Season, or SO₂ allowance allocation.

EPA issued a final Notice of Data Availability, as required by CSAPR, that lists new units that receive a "1st Round" 2018 CSAPR NO_X Annual, NO_X Ozone Season Group 1, NO_X Ozone Season Group 2, SO₂ Group 1, or SO₂ Group 2 allowance allocation and allocation amounts.
