Preparation of Emissions Inventories for the Version 4, 2005-based Platform and Appendicies

This document describes the emissions inventory and emissions modeling for a version of the platform consisting of Criteria Air Pollutants (CAPs) and the following select Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPs: mercury (Hg), chlorine (Cl), hydrochloric acid (HCl) and benzene, acetaldehyde, formaldehyde and methanol).
