| August 1 | Round 1 Final NODA | August 1st is also the deadline by which U.S. EPA must record the round 1 allowance allocations. |
| December 15 | Round 2 Preliminary NODA | Second round preliminary NODAs list units EPA believes are eligible for a 2nd round allocation; no emissions data or allowance calculations are provided. |
| February 15 | Round 2 Final NODA | Round 2 allocations are based on a unit's emissions in tons in the control period for which EPA is allocating. February 15 is also the deadline by which U.S. EPA must record the round 2 allowance allocations. |
