The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), convened the second meeting of the National Advisory Council for Environmental Policy and Technology’s (NACEPT) Assumable Waters Subcommittee on December 1-2, 2015, in Arlington, Virginia. The purpose of the meeting was to continue the subcommittee's efforts to provide advice and recommendations on how the EPA can best clarify which waters a State or Tribe assumes permitting responsibility for under an approved Clean Water Act (CWA) section 404 program.
