This document describes the eligibility and funding requirements applicable to eligible states participating in the Assistance for Small and Disadvantaged Communities Drinking Water Grant.  The document describes how the Agency intends to award funding.  States and tribes will use this funding to assist underserved, small and disadvantaged communities that are unable to finance activities needed to comply with the SDWA, as well as respond to a drinking water contaminant.
