Lead Testing in School and Child Care Program Drinking Water Tribal Grant Implementation Document

This document describes the eligibility and funding requirements applicable to eligible tribal consortia participating in the Lead Testing in School and Child Care Program Drinking Water Grant Program. These documents describe how the Agency intends to award funding. Tribal consortia, on behlaf of tribes, will use this funding to assist local and tribal educational agencies in testing for lead contamination in drinking water at schools and child care facilities. Some of the statutory provisions described in this document contain legally binding requirements. Implementation of this program shall be used in accordance with the EPA’s 3Ts for Reducing Lead in Drinking Water guidance, or applicable regulations or guidance that are not less stringent than the 3Ts guidance.These documents
