The compliance help documents on this page include the Public Notification (PN) Primacy Revision Crosswalk and the Public Notification Training Materials.

This word document details the summary of the federal requirements and contains the federal PN citations. The crosswalk is used by state staff to make sure each federal citation has an equal or more stringent state regulation citation.
