State Responses to EPA's Letter to Governors and State Environment and Public Health Commissioners

On February 29, 2016, EPA sent letters to Governors, state environment and public health commissioners, and tribal leaders outlining specific steps to enhance oversight of EPA’s Lead and Copper Rule (LCR) implementation. Provided below are each of the state’s responses to EPA’s February 29, 2016 letter.

On July 7, 2016, EPA sent a response letter to each Governor and to state environmental and public health commissioners through the Environmental Council of States and the Association of State and Territorial Health Officials.
