Plastic Molding Technology, Inc. recognized the importance of responding quickly to their customers as business conditions changed over the past few years. Whether their customer requirements number in the millions or merely in preproduction quantities, PMT pays close attention to the details their customers demanded. Recent customer surveys challenged PMT to address new areas on their score cards which included sustainability issues and reduction goals for energy, water and solid wastes. PMT staff had recently conducted a plant wide energy audit, but was looking for a way to link their reduction projects into their management system.
