An Optimization Approach to Evaluate the Role of Ecosystem Services in Chesapeake Bay Restoration Strategies

US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA, US Department of Agriculture (USDA), RTI International, Abt Associates and other federal, state, and private organizations compiled this report to assist policymakers in evaluating TMDL-related policies in the Chesapeake Bay. The report assesses pollution control projects and their affects on water quality and ecosystem services.
