Case Documents associated with the Chemtura Bankruptcy 2010 Settlements

Pursuant to two separate settlement agreements approved in 2010, Chemtura Corporation (Chemtura) agreed to resolve its liabilities at 18 sites across the U.S. for approximately $30 million in total. The first settlement agreement (Multi-Site Settlement) was approved by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York on September 17, 2010 and addresses liabilities at 17 sites for approximately $26 million. The second settlement agreement (Gowanus Site Settlement) was approved by the Bankruptcy Court on December 7, 2010 and addresses one site in New York for $3.9 million.
