Consent Decree: Hecla Mining Company Settlement - Bunker Hill, Idaho

The settlement resolves a cost recovery and natural resource damage action related to the Bunker Hill Mining and Metallurgical Complex Superfund Site that was initiated by the Coeur d'Alene Tribe in 1991 and joined by the United States in 1996. The United States, Tribe and state of Idaho will recover approximately $263.4 million pursuant to the settlement.
